About Robyn
Robyn (she/her) is a dedicated and compassionate psychologist, yoga practitioner, and movement teacher who offers a unique, holistic approach to mental and physical well-being. With a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences and a Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology, she combines over a decade of experience in the mental health field with a deep passion for movement and self-connection.
Robyn’s career in psychology has taken her through various roles in the medical field, including patient triage, on-call support, inpatient psychiatry, and clinic management. She has worked with individuals facing a range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, OCD, burnout, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, navigating neurodivergence, interpersonal difficulties, life adjustments, existential realisations, suicidal ideation and gender and sexuality concerns. Her approach to therapy emphasizes rapport-building and creating healing relationships, allowing her to support clients from all walks of life, regardless of age, background, or experience. She has also overcome lived experience with Anxiety, Eating Disorders and SA trauma.
In addition to her psychological practice, Robyn is an accredited yoga and dance teacher with over ten years of experience in guiding individuals through yoga, movement, and dance. She is passionate about helping clients connect more deeply with themselves and their environment, fostering resilience, courage, and self-compassion along the way.
Robyn’s work is rooted in cultural awareness and inclusivity, ensuring her services are LGBTQIA+ safe and accessible to all. Her aim is to integrate the wisdom of yoga and the science of psychology to provide a client-centered experience that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.

Robyn founded her practice in 2025 with the intention of creating a comfortable, holistic space where clients and movers alike can explore and heal through the interconnected modalities of yoga, psychology, dance, and group work. Her approach focuses on the individual as part of many systems, prioritizing personal growth and learned coping mechanisms rather than traditional clinical diagnoses. This unique blend of services allows clients to engage in a more compassionate, less clinical journey toward well-being.
